How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

Yes! Direct billing is available for most major extended health insurance providers (including Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Sun Life, and Manulife). Please bring your insurance policy details to your appointment. Please note, I do not direct bill ICBC or WCB.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete your health history form. We will review your medical history, discuss your treatment goals, perform a brief physical assessment, and customize the massage treatment to your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Will the massage treatment be painful?

Treatment pressure is always adapted to your personal preference and tolerance. While deep tissue work can sometimes create a "good hurt," you are always in complete control and can request lighter or deeper pressure at any point. Open communication is key to providing you with the best treatment outcome.

Where are you located and is parking available?

I practice out of Marigold Massage & Wellness at #3 - 2145 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, B.C. Free, convenient parking is available right on-site.
